The Zarith is the Pellucidar name for the Tyrannosaurus rex that lived on the surface world during the Late Cretaceous period and it lived in [[pellucidar|Pellucidar]]. The Zarith is the Pellucidar name for the Tyrannosaurus rex that lived on the surface world during the Late Cretaceous period and it lived in Pellucidar. A young Zarith is roughly the size of a Shetland pony but presents a serious threat to animals at least as large as humans.
