Pankor is the capital city of the nation of Panar, it is the only known red martian city at Barsoom's northern pole. Like the cities of the Okar it is a glass domed metropolis. Outside the city in the arctic environment are the stored bodies out thousand and thousands of soldiers who can be restored at any time.
