Mu Tel is a prince of Toonol and the nephew of Vobis Kan, the Jeddak. Highly popular among the Toonolians, he has aspirations of usurping his uncle - violently if necessary - but his hand has long been stayed by concerns that the people would turn on him if they saw him bathed in Vobis Kan's blood.
